Birthday Party playground and Indoor Fun Zone in Eastgate Mall & Florence Mall

WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR FACILITY

First and foremost, we want everyone to have a fun and safe time in our facility. We do not tolerate unruly behavior in our facility or harassment toward our staff. This is a place for children to come to play, be safe, and make new friends. We spend a lot of time constantly cleaning/sanitizing and our playscape is sprayed down with medical/hospital grade disinfectants.

NO PULL UPS OR DIAPERS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PLAYSCAPE

We’ve been asked thousands of times why this is a rule for us. It’s plain and simple….it is a sanitary issue at the end of the day. We do not want another child going through another child’s accident when playing in the playscape. The child must be 100% potty trained. Children that are wearing a diaper or pull up will be permitted to play in toddler zone and soft block play areas beneath the playscape (everything that is ground level).

FOOD & REFRESHMENTS

NO FOOD IS PERMITTED AT EITHER LOCATION! We are not equipped to offer prepared meals or food of any type. Birthday party rooms that are reserved are permitted to have food ONLY IN THE ROOMS! We do allow drinks to be brought in at either location. At the Eastgate location we do have refreshments for sale with a wide variety of drink options since this location has refrigeration. Absolutely NO ALCOHOL is permitted at either location (yes, we’ve been asked this plenty of times) and no spitting tobacco. NO SMOKING IN THE FACILITY! This does include e-cigarettes and vape pens. No coolers with ice are permitted, no pinatas, no crockpots, and no popcorn machines. Anything that involves a cord being plugged in is NOT allowed to be brought in.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PLAYING & ADMISSION

This is simple! We believe in having the best time possible at a reasonable rate. Our Eastgate Mall location in Cincinnati, OH as well as our Florence Mall location in Florence, KY offer 2 HOUR TIMED play rates for those potty trained at $14, toddler zone (children that are in diapers or pull ups or 2 and under) are $5.00, and Adults are $2.00. Waivers to play will need to be signed upon checking in. You need socks to play, whether it is in the toddler zone or on the main playscape. If you forget socks, no problem, we do have some for purchase. We ask that you be respectful to other guests while in our facility. No kicking or throwing blocks. Kids playing on the playscape are not permitted to play in the toddler zone. Most importantly…..have fun! Parents can hang out at one of our many tables or in the parent zone to watch a movie or sports game if at our Eastgate location. Adults MUST remain in the facility with their child/children at all times.
