First and foremost, we want everyone to have a fun and safe time in our facility. We do not tolerate unruly behavior. This is a place for children to come to play, be safe, and make new friends. We spend a lot of time constantly cleaning/sanitizing and our playscape is sprayed down with medical/hospital grade disinfectants.
We've been asked thousands of times why this is a rule for us. It's plain and simple....it is a sanitary issue at the end of the day. We do not want another child going through another child's accident when playing in the playscape. Children that are wearing a diaper or pull up will be permitted to play in toddler zone and soft block play areas beneath the playscape.
We are not equipped to offer prepared meals. We do however, allow you to bring food into our facility with you. We offer bottled pop, bottled water, bottled sports drinks, can pop, can coffees, and juice boxes for purchase since we have refrigeration. We do have packaged snacks for purchase as well if you or your little one(s) just need something to hold them over. No alcohol can be brought into our facility (yes, we've been asked this multiple times) and no spitting tobacco. No coolers with ice are permitted in our facility or piñatas (if you are hosting a birthday party).
This is simple! Waivers to play will need to be signed upon checking in. You need socks to play, whether it is in toddler zone or on the main playscape. We asked that you be respectful to other guests while in our facility. No kicking or throwing blocks. Kids playing on the playscape are not permitted to play in toddler zone. Most importantly.....have fun! Parents can hang out at one of our many tables or parent zone and watch a movie or sports game.
